A leader rooted in community, driven by equity.
Danielle D. North founded EdReform Partners to help schools, organizations, and communities create meaningful, lasting change. With more than 15 years of experience spanning charter school authorizing, nonprofit leadership, organizational strategy, and community engagement, she brings a unique ability to turn vision into action.
Her work has impacted students, educators, families, boards, and organizations across Michigan through strategic planning, policy development, leadership coaching, and systems improvement.

B.S. Sociology, Central Michigan University. M.S. Management, Walsh College. First-generation college graduate.
